Heated stones and rocks have been used for centuries by ancient
Chinese, Egyptians and Native Americans as a way of promoting
healing. Native Americans slept on a bed of hot stones to keep
warm while outdoors. Chinese women used to ease the pain of menstruation
by placing a large 'belly' stone on their abdomen. Cold stones
reduce pain & swelling, hot stones induce relaxation. Getting
'stoned' is definitely habit forming. We highly recommend it!(

SIDE-BY-SIDE MASSAGE
Two or three guests can be massaged side by side. Your choices

MATERNITY MASSAGE $95
Let us 'baby you' for an entire hour with our popular Swedish
massage. Your choice of four aromatic oil blends. Not recommended

THAI MASSAGE $145
Traditionally performed on a floor mat, this healing massage workout
involves gentle but deep stretching and pulling of the limbs in
a mindful and physical way. It has the ability to heal, relax
and align the body. Loose fitted clothing is provided.
SHIATSU $120
Japanese for "finger pressure" involves stretching,
leaning and total range of body motion. No oils are used. Loose
fitted clothing is provided for your treatment, which is performed
on a floor mat. Based upon availability.(75 min)
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE $110
This technique is not just about relaxation and is for athletic
guests who require a more intensive massage. Deeper finger pressure
is used to ease chronic muscular tension in the deeper layers
of muscle tissue.(1 hr)
REFLEXOLOGY $75
An Eastern form of pressure point massage done on the
soles of the feet and lower leg. Areas on the soles reflex to
other organs in the body whereby massaging the feet restores the
flow of body energy. A 10-minute foot soak precludes your soleful
experience. Not recommended during pregnancy. (50 min)
FLORAL FOOT SOAK $45
This is pure Asian tradition with an Ame flair...an exotic 10-minute
soaking in our special oriental blossom tea. Flowers are added
as symbolic gesture of washing away bad luck according to Asian
cultures. Your feet & calves are anointed with soothing floral
oils followed by 20 minutes of heavenly massage. Your choice of
a cool soak or hot soak. (30 min)
REIKI $85
A reiki treatment is a gentle and nurturing experience though
quite different from traditional massage. It is often referred
to as ‘laying of the hands’ because the practitioner
will rest their hands along energy centers of the body, and sometimes
just above the body thus balancing the flow of energy. Client
is fully clothed.(1 hour)
STRESS RELIEF $45
Concentrating on the tension spots found in the neck, shoulder
& back, you'll feel good as new in just a half hour.
SHIRODHARA
In Sanskrit, SHIRO means head, DHARA means flow
Embrace this 5000 year old Ayurvedic relaxation ritual that restores
harmony to the mind, body and spirit. A continuous stream of warm
herbal oil flows over the center of the forehead, our ‘third
eye’ chakra, awakening all the senses. Shirodhara quiets

SHIRO AWAKENING (45 min. ritual) $ 125
This profoundly simple Shirodhara ritual will clear the mind,
relieve insomnia, and stimulate the memory. The flow of warm oil
over the pituitary gland releases serotonin giving the feeling
of relaxation and pleasure. Oils are massaged into the crown nourishing
