About: I have been a Licensed Esthetician since January 2016 and have been dedicated to the field since graduating from Metro Beauty Academy. I have a passion for growing, continuing education as an Associated Skin Care Professional member and frequent student at the International Dermal Institute. I do all that I can to learn about the skin and to tackle different skin issues as well as new facial techniques so I can better accommodate each and every person who comes to me for any treatment. My passion is connecting with others and making everyone not only look good, but feel good in the process.
Fun Fact: I originally come from an art background, which explains my love for doing makeup (and also expressing myself creatively through my sense of style). Growing up, I was more into arts and literature and although I’m still very keen on both subjects, I’ve found a love for running, yoga, and weightlifting that started in my early twenties.
Another fun fact about me: I’m currently engaged to my boyfriend of 10 years and we have two “furbabies” (cats) named Desi and Daniel.
Favorite Products: Dr. Dennis Gross Hyaluronic Marine Hydration Booster because it’s SO versatile and great for almost all skin types. It’s key ingredient, Hyaluronic Acid, helps to bind moisture to the skin and aids in plumping up the skin along with a blend of Evening Primrose Oil, Coconut Juice, and Watermelon extract. The booster is perfect for any moisturizer, foundation, or concealer. I use it in my makeup routine by adding a few droplets to my concealer to avoid creasing and to avoid looking cakey.
DIY Self-care Tip: Always, always, always cleanse your skin at night. Makeup wipes are not enough. If you’re concerned about damaging your skin and/or aging your skin, it’s so important that you take the time to properly wash away any makeup, excess oil, or environmental pollutants on your face and neck. Find a good pH-balanced cleanser designed for your skin type to really avoid disrupting your skin’s barrier function. If you are unsure of what to use, schedule a facial appointment and ask your Esthetician for recommendations.

About: Kristina (Nina) Balogh has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since the Spring of 2016. After graduating with her Bachelors’ degree in English she decided to pursue her life long interest in sports and fitness by studying the art of bodywork and massage. An avid runner and triathlete, Nina loves to work with everyone on varying levels of fitness: from the weekend warriors to serious athletes helping with everyday muscle aches to rehabbing injured muscles. She understands the importance of self-care in everyone’s lives and wants to be able to assist anyone and everyone to achieve optimum health and relaxation. Nina is skilled in many different modalities with special interest and certifications in Soft Tissue Mobilization (Grastin technique), Myofascial Release Techniques, Prenatal massage as well as Sports Massage and Cupping. Always looking to expand on her knowledge, Nina will continue taking classes on the modalities she specializes in as well as others, including Active Isolated Stretching and Lymphatic Drainage. She is looking forward to continue working with her Ame family.
Fun Facts: Nina just completed her first Half Ironman Triathlon this past September. Nina and her fiancé, Justin are high school sweethearts and have three “fur children” whose names are: Bowie, Samson, and Delilah.
Favorite Products: Nina loves foam rollers because they are great for recovery and maintenance in between massages. They help relieve muscle tension and break up adhesions you may get from working out and other strenuous activities. She also loves Dr. Dennis Gross C+ Collagen Moisturizer. It leaves your skin glowing and super hydrated.
DIY Self-care Tip: Nina’s go-to DIY for self-care is lavender scented epsom salt baths for sore muscles and all over relaxation.
If you haven’t received a massage with Nina, now is the time! During the month of April, receive $30 off your sixty minute or longer Good Chi or Deep Chi massage with Nina.
Kayla recently moved to Pennsylvania from Oregon. She is a graduate of the Cortiva Institute of Massage and Bodywork in King of Prussia where she studied massage therapy.
Kayla loves being a massage therapist and how it gives her the opportunity to help people on a one-on-one basis. She loves helping someone relax, find relief from muscle pain or anything in between.
A favorite technique of Kayla’s is Trigger Point Therapy because it allows her to locate the cause of any soreness and pain and then compress it away. She finds this technique helpful for releasing built up tension in the muscles.
When Kayla is not working, you can find her hanging out with Peanut, her kitten who acts more like a dog than a cat or spending time outdoors doing anything from hiking to swimming at the beach.
For a relaxing and therapeutic experience, schedule your next massage with Kayla!
