To ensure that you receive the full length of your service, we suggest that you arrive 15-20 minutes before your appointment.  Paperwork from first-time guests is collected at this time, and all spa guests may prepare for their spa experience.

We request the courtesy of a 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services.  Cancellations of less than 24 hours or no-shows may be charged at 50%.
