Currently, our software will allow one person to schedule an appointment(s) for one time. In the future, we hope to expand our online booking services.

We encourage you to schedule only one appointment per service and time period.

Online booking services are available to new guests of Ame. However, we would encourage you to contact our Salon and Spa Coordinators so that we may assist you in scheduling your first appointment with us. We would love the opportunity to provide you with the best recommendations for services and service providers. Please call us at 610-995-2631.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 48 hours. No shows or failure of notice to cancel will result in a charge. If the cancellation notice occurs within 24 hours of an appointment, 50% of the service fee(s) will be charged to the card. If a service is canceled on the day of or the guest does not show up for an appointment, the guest is responsible for 100% of the service fee(s).

No, you must contact our Salon and Spa Coordinators to cancel your appointment.

Guests should arrive 15-30 minutes before their scheduled spa appointment. Guests should arrive 10-15 minutes before their scheduled salon appointment.

Avoid using Autofill when entering your contact information. Add manually instead.
The online booking system can be sensitive when setting up your password for the first time. You may be asked to confirm your email and reset your password.
Ame does not store any of the guests’ usernames and passwords. The guest is responsible for their username and password.
