Brett
Designer Director | Level 7
Creative, innovative, classic, passionate, dedicated, and caring. These are the words I would use to describe my 27 years as a Designer and Education Director at Ame.
​
My passion for doing hair started at a very young age as a model for some of the greatest industry leaders. I have always loved art. Michelangelo and Salvador Dali are just two people who opened up my creative skills in so many ways. I have studied with many major hair companies, however, I especially admire Sam Villa. I admire him not only for his unbelievable cutting skills but also for his never-ending passion for the hair industry. I believe you can never stop learning and always stay passionate. I also love mentoring our upcoming Ame stylists. Not just for inspiring hair, but also how to maintain success as a stylist in this industry. It makes me very proud to see this progression.

I use my creative skills in design and color to create individual new looks. I am a specialist in Keratin Smoothing Treatments.
Please know when you first come to see me, I always believe the consultation is the key to communication. Communication is the key to any great hairstyle, or dare I say, LIFE?

Designer Director | Level 6
I strive to be “the best of the best”. My extensive training and certifications include color, keratin treatments, and always staying on top of the latest hair trends. I also take pride in my leadership and mentoring role at Ame, helping to develop new stylists. That also keeps me motivated. After 30 years in this industry, I can truly say my heart has always been in the right place.

Maureen
Designer Educator | Level 5
One might say that I would not be in this industry for 25 years if I didn’t love it so much. I love beauty & fashion, and I feel hair and fashion go hand in hand. I love to make people feel great!

Although I love all aspects of styling hair, I especially love cutting.
My guests love me because I am extremely meticulous & thorough with their hair. I also love the close relationships I have developed with them over the years. I consider my guests to be more like friends than anything else.

I have been to many advanced academies and have studied under the best of the best. I attribute my talent particularly from the education I received at Vidal Sassoon. They are the foundation of today’s fashion over and over again.

Brandy
Designer Director | Level 6
I have worked at Ame for 23 years. I have grown from being an assistant, to a top level stylist, to a now successful advanced artistic mentor to others.
I absolutely love what I do in every aspect of doing hair. Being the first Associate at Ame, I also love teaching upcoming stylists anything I can from what I have learned from my experience.

Color is my greatest inspiration. I love color of all facets. I have always been interested in art and I love to create. I have been painting since I was a child.
My love for art opened my eyes to realizing hair was my perfect canvas. Sixteen years ago, I started at Ame as an associate and my mentors inspired me to be the artist and educator I am today. I love helping people grow and achieve their full potential. I love helping my guests find their own beauty and that is the most rewarding part of my job.

Designer Director | Level 5
I have been in the industry for 17 years. I find my motivation through experiences with my co-workers and teaching others. We all constantly strive to over-deliver on every guest and push each other into expanding and creating new ideas for hair. I thrive off of complicated challenges.

My favorite projects are color correction services, double process blonding, and utilizing the razor for texture cuts.

I started my 9-year career at Ame before graduating from high school.
My love for creativity drives me to reach my potential each and every day. Designing hair is my way of making people feel great about themselves and that is truly fulfilling for me. I love every aspect of the business, however, I am especially drawn to color and keratin treatments. I thrive on education, and I get inspiration from social media and the industry’s top educators, such as Sam Villa and Kevin Murphy.

Senior Designer | Level 5
My passion for beauty began when I was very young and has continued to grow immensely ever since. My desire to make a career out of my passion began with my formal education at Jean Madeline. I furthered my training with the Ame Salon Associate Program Level I, II, & III, and then promoted to an Ame Stylist.
​
Behind the chair, I specialize in blonding services including highlights, balayage, dimensional color, and color corrections. I also love to cut with layering and face-framing angles to add fluidity to my client’s length.
​
It’s my goal to make every one of my guests feel great about themselves and leave the salon as the best versions of themselves. I pride myself on continuing my education every day with various classes to stay up to date on all the trends and modern wants of the industry. I love that I get to share my creativity with my guests every time someone is in my chair.

Senior Designer | Level 4
My co-workers inspire me every day through my journey of becoming who I really am. Through many discoveries, I found my passion for helping people through hair. I specialize in men’s hair and I love working with high fashion colors. I feel that color expresses so much about one’s personality. Tattoos are my perfect form of self-expression.

My goal is to inspire and teach upcoming associates so they too can find themselves. I also get so much joy seeing my guests love their hair, for I know it helps them love themselves.

Being at Ame over the years has taught me so much, especially through growth and belief in myself. At Ame, I have enjoyed my development in becoming the artist I am today.
My artistry especially shines through the many blonding services that Ame has to offer. I love perfecting a great blonde while keeping the integrity of the hair intact.

I also love doing Keratin Treatments & highly recommend them. Not only does it restructure curly hair like never before, but it is also a game-changer for my own curly hair! No one deserves to be frizzy on a humid day!

The opportunity and the ability to create and learn is my passion. Bringing a vision into existence is what drives me artistically every day. I love creating art whether it’s on paper or hair!
As a young child, I always knew I wanted a career where I could help make people feel beautiful and confident. That’s when my passion for art and eye for creativity led me to the beauty industry.

I love all things hair, especially color. Blonding, dimensional color, color correction, and fashion colors are some of my favorites! When I’m not behind the chair, I love watching documentaries, listening to music, and creating art.
​
I love being surrounded by so many other talented and passionate stylists, and I hope to inspire others the same way they inspire me every single day.
Education is also extremely important to me, and I never want to stop learning and advancing my skills.

My name is Gianna Delvecchio. As far as I can remember, I have always been curiously in love with all aspects of creativity. I have always loved to be hands on with my projects while my mind creates beautiful things right before me. Coming from a family with many in the hair industry, & growing up in a salon environment, it was only a matter of time til I started beauty school. I quickly found my passion. Not only do I enjoy making beautiful creations, I am always rewarded making someone feel beautiful both inside & out. That is truly my favorite part of my job.
