Online Booking is now available for our guests at Ame Salon and Spa. To ensure your online booking service experience is reliable and consistent; please review our Frequently Asked Questions:

Ame had online booking before and then it was no longer available, what’s different?

Ame used a third party service that would allow us to take online appointment requests. We have updated our software and we can offer you a real-time online booking experience.

Can I book appointments for my family/friends and for myself?

At the moment, our software will allow one person to schedule an appointment(s) for one time period. In the future, we hope to expand our online booking services.

How many appointments can I book at one time?

We encourage you to schedule only one appointment per service and time period.

I always book my color services at Ame. Can I schedule this service online?

Color services are not available to book online. In the future, we hope to expand our online booking services.

I am scheduling my first appointment at Ame Salon and Spa; can I book my services online?

Online booking services are available to new guests of Ame. However, we would encourage you to contact our Salon and Spa Coordinators so that we may assist you to schedule your first appointment with us. We would love the opportunity to provide you with the best recommendations for services and service providers. Please call us at 610-995-2631.

Note: If you are booking a Women’s Haircut or a Men’s Hair cut for the first time, please select the following code:

Repeat Guest – Women’s Haircut
New Guest – Women’s Haircut
Repeat Guest – Men’s Haircut

Am I required to reserve my appointment with a credit card?

Yes.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so within 48 hours. No shows or failure of notice to cancel will result in a charge. If the cancellation notice occurs within 24 hours of an appointment, 50% of the service fee(s) will be charged to the card. If a service is canceled on the day of or the guest does not show for an appointment, the guest is responsible for 100% of the service fee(s).

Can I cancel my appointment online?

No, you must contact our Salon and Spa Coordinators to cancel your appointment?

How early should I arrive before my salon/spa appointment?

Guests should arrive 15-30 minutes prior to their scheduled spa appointment.
Guest should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled salon appointment

Technical Tips

  • Avoid using Autofill when entering your contact information. Add manually instead.
  • The online booking system can be sensitive when setting up your password for the first time. You may be asked to confirm your email and reset your password.
  • Ame does not store any of the guest’s user names and passwords. The guest is responsible for their user name and password.
